Again, unless this is a miracle from Almighty God Himself, the RV Rate of $15.00 per dinar is another fantasy by the kool aid drinkers or just a down right wicked plan by those who enjoy putting out mis-information to get the hopes up of individuals who still believe in the tooth fairy.
